The Ramazan cooking:)

Yesterday I planned to have some experimental fun with the Aftar Menu because I was so bored of the same Fruit Chaat and Dahi bhalaz daily:P
Trying your own innovative ideas with same old ingredients is really fun! You don't have to follow some one's recipe like dumb counting every grain of spice to make sure the meal doesn't gets ruined!
The food was spaghetti with chicken meat balls and vegetables and Chicken roast!

The Recipe was very easy and is as follows:D

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 pack of spaghetti
1 medium sized capsicum
few leaves of cabbage
1 medium sized red onion
1 medium sized carrot
salt to taste
black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
olive oil to saute fry the vegetables
ketchup 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
dried round red pepper 2-3 pcs
chicken meat balls (prepared and frozen available in the market)

PROCEDURE:

  • Fry the meat balls until golden brown and tender.
  • Cut cabbage, Capsicum, Onions and carrots in Julianne form (long style of cutting)
  • Saute the vegetables at low flame in olive oil and do its seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • Boil the spaghetti and rinse it with tap water to prevent it from clinging together.
  • Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add to it the boiled spaghetti. Add salt and pepper to it. Now pour into it ketchup and soy sauce. Mix all very well and then add the dry red peppers to it.
  • Take your serving dish and place the spaghetti on it first and spread it evenly on it. Now place the vegetables neatly over the spahgetti and top it with the fried meat balls!
  • Serve it hot with Chilli Garlic sauce and ENJOY:)

Chicken roast coming next:)
